Static Air is equipped with a static electricity removal bar, a flat jet nozzle for air blowing, and a dust removal function. The static electricity removal bar emits ions and strikes them onto plastic products using high-speed pulse air blow, sucking away dust and debris that are stuck to the surface due to static electricity. Foreign objects are collected using a filter set in a separate dust collector. It is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter dust and debris into the working environment.
